If you are traveling from far away, or just don´t want to drive home after a visit in our club, you now have the opportunity to rent our shelters in The Advendture Garden.

Shelter 1-3 : 200 kr. per. night (up to 4 people)

Shelter 4. : 400 kr. per. night (up to 6 people)

The following will be applicable when booking a shelter. One person is resposible for the booking, and is in charge of who and how many (up to the max limit) may stay overnight in the shelter. EVERYTHING that happens in the shelter is at your own risk.

Valuables should be kept in a locked car overnight. The shelter will first be available after the club is closed. Meaning, check out should take place as usual, and afterwards you can find your numbered shelter in The Adventure Garden, by walking around the building.

Please notice that you stay, is in a shelter, therefor, your only sleeping arrangement is the mattress, which is already placed in the shelters. Toilet/showers after closing time, is only possible in our mobile toilet van, which is placed at the parking lot.

You must leave the shelter at 10 AM the next day, and you must clean the shelter after yourselves. No garbage should be left.

Smoking is absolutely FORBIDDEN in all shelters, also including all The Adventure Garden Area. If you need to smoke, we refer to the ashtray by the toilet van.

It is not allowed to ”continue the party” after 2 AM. There should be complete silence in the shelter latest at 3 AM – in regards of our neighbours, but also other guest renting the shelters.

Notice: Violation of the rules, will result in a bill, Your opportunity to rent the shelters again, will also be revoked.

HOW TO BOOK A SHELTER:

Send an email to: info@tucanclub.dk if you want to rent a shelter for either 4 or 6 people.

We will then confirm whether there are available shelters on the evening for your request and then you have to transfer the amount IMMEDIATELY after, on Mobilepay.
The number you need to transfer to ,will be sent in the confirmation.
When you receive this confirmation, you will also have to send a screenshot of the transfer so that we can see that you have paid.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ON THIS TRANSFER – EVEN IF YOU DON’T SHOW UP.

There may also be room to be spontaneous. If you already have your bed linen in the car and spontaneously need an overnight stay, ask at check-in if there are any available shelters. If there is – then you’ll be able to book the same evening.
